Yusif Allahverdiyev was graduated from the Faculty of Law of Baku State University in 2006. He had been working in the military court of the Republic of Azerbaijan for Heinous Crime from 2002 till 2004, in the Court of Appeal of the Republic of Azerbaijan from 2004 till 2006, in Baku City Sabail District Court from 2007 till 2009. In 2009 - 2011 he worked in various positions in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan. In 2011-2014 he has worked as a lawyer and chief lawyer in the private sector. His main areas of practice are corporate law, commercial law, property law and stuff law. He is a member of the Azerbaijan Company of Valuators, the Mediation Council and the Bar Association of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Nuray Alakbarli was graduated from the Faculty of Philology (English) of the Azerbaijan Pedagogical University in 2014. In 2014-2017, she had been working as an English translator, in 2016-2017 as an English teacher at “Max Group”. From 2018 to 2020, she had been working as an Appraiser at Legal Prime Law and Consulting Company. She has a Civil Service Administrative Position (BB1) certificate. Currently, she works as a general expert in the Bar Association "Yusif Allahverdiyev and Partners" of the Bar Association.

Arastun Iskandarov was graduated from the faculty of law of Dagestan State University in 2002. He had been working in the Narimanov district court from 2002 till 2007, in the Nizaminsky district court from 2007 till 2011. In 2011 he had worked in SOCAR Azneft IB as a senior legal adviser, replacing the head of the legal department in the same organization. He is a member of the Bar Association of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Leyla Huseynova was graduated from the faculty of Law of Baku Business University in 2008. She had been working in the Khatai District Court as a court clerk from 2009 till 2019. Her main areas of practice are criminal law, administrative law and family law. She is a member of the Bar Association of the Republic of Azerbaijan

Oksana Shamilova was graduated with honors from the Faculty of Justice of the Saratov State Law Academy of the Russian Federation in 2011. From 2013 to 2015, she has been working as a consultant (clerk of the court) in the Khatai District Court of Baku. Since 2015, she has been working as a senior lawyer at AG Bank OJSC. She is a member of the Bar Association of the Republic of Azerbaijan

Orkhan Yusubov was graduated from the Faculty of Law of Kostanay State University named after A. Baitursynov, Republic of Kazakhstan in 2000. In 2002-2010 he had been working as a consultant (court clerk) of the Sabail district court, in 2011-2012 – as a consultant of the Khazar district court (court clerk), in 2012-2013 – as a senior lawyer at Deluxe Legal Services LLC. In 2013-2014 a co-founder and director of Civar LLC, in 2014-2019 lawyer at the Bar Association of the Republic of Azerbaijan, at the Baku Legal Advice Office No. 04, in 2019-2020 as a lawyer at the Baku Law Office No. 19. He is a member of the Bar Association of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Murad Huseynov graduated from the Law Faculty of Baku State University in 2009 and began his career in the Narimanov District Court in 2011.
  In 2013-2015 he worked as an inspector in the State Migration Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan, since 2015 he has been working as a lawyer, leading lawyer and management positions in such companies as "Bank of Azerbaijan" OJSC, "Bank Standard" CJSC, "Accord Industry Construction Investment Corporation", "BOS Shelf" LLC and currently continues his activities in the private sector along with advocacy.
  He is a member of the Bar Association of the Republic of Azerbaijan and has more than 10 years of legal experience. The main directions of its activities are criminal law, property law, family law, labor law and administrative law.

In 2011-2015, Shams Mirzayeva graduated from the Law Faculty of Baku State University, specialty "jurisprudence" with honors and received a bachelor's degree. In 2018, she graduated with honors from the Law Faculty of Baku State University, "Human Rights" and received a master's degree. She started his labor activity since 2018. In 2018-2019, she worked as a legal adviser at Baku territorial Department No. 1 of the property service under the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan, in 2019-2021 as a lawyer at Kapital Bank OJSC, until 2021 as a lawyer at AFB Bank OJSC. Since 2022, she is already a member of the Azerbaijani Bar Association.

Habib Teymurov studied at the Law Faculty of Baku State University in 2008-2012.
Currently, He works as a director of the Legal Department of Competo LLC, which is part of Pasha Holding Group of companies. Previously, lawyer in the banking sector, in the management position in the insurance sector worked.The main areas of its activity include corporate law, commercial law, contracts the right is the right of insurance.He is a member of the Bar Association of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Vugar Shamilov was graduated from the Faculty of Law of Azerbaijan University in 2003. In 2007-2011 he had been working as an adviser (court secretary) of the Sabail district court, in 2011-2014 as an adviser at the Garadagh district court (court secretary), in 2014-2018 as judge’s assistant of the Yasamal district court. His main areas of practice are corporate law, commercial law, administrative law, liability law and criminal law. He is a member of the Bar Association of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Vusal Huseynov was graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Azerbaijan International University in 2003. 2001-2005 Secretary of the Sabail District Court, Counselor (Head of Staff), 2005-2007 Baku Court of Appeal of the Republic of Azerbaijan Counselor (Chief of Staff), in 2011-2013 consultant of the Khazar district court, judge’s assistant, in 2013-2015 Lawyer at Tsivar LLC. He is a member of the Bar Association of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Rauf Khaimov was graduated from the Open University of Israel in 2014. From 2017 till 2020, he had been working as an appraisal expert at Legal Prime Limited Liability Company. He is a member of the Azerbaijan Society of Appraisers. Currently he works as a clerk in the "Yusif Allahverdiyev and Partners" Lawyer's Office.

Hafiz Mammadov had been working as a Security Officer at “Inshaat Services” LLC from February 2011 till 2018, as a Patrol Officer at the same company from 2011, and from 2015 to 2018 at the “AZFen” joint venture. Currently, he works as an Economic Specialist at the “Yusif Allahverdiyev and Partners” Advocacy Bureau.

Nizami Hasanov was graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Baku State University in 1989. In 1990-1992 he had been working as an advocate. From 1992 to 2018 in various positions in the prosecutor's office of the Republic of Azerbaijan. He was retired in May 2018. His main areas of activity are criminal and civil law.

Fuad Israfilov was graduated from the Faculty of Law of Baku State University in 1992. Previously, he has worked in the prosecutor's office of the Republic of Azerbaijan, including in the Fizuli district, Lankaran military, Sumgayit military, Kalbajar district and Ganja city prosecutor's offices as an investigator and senior specialist, in the Republican military prosecutor's office as an investigator for especially important cases. Currently, he is a member of the Bar Association of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Tahmina Aslanova was graduated from the law faculty of Baku State University in 2019. In 2020 she entered the Faculty of Economics and Law of Izmir “Dokuz Eylul” University. In 2017, she had been working at the Sumgayit Administrative-Economic Court, and in 2019 at “Varidat Consulting”. Currently, she works as an assistant lawyer in the Bar Association "Yusif Allahverdiyev and Partners".

Allahverdiyev Yaver was graduated from the Faculty of Law of Baku State University in 1986. From 1992 to 2018, he held various positions in the prosecutor's office, and most recently, the senior prosecutor of the prosecution department of the military prosecutor's office of the Republic of Azerbaijan. He retired in April 2018. His main areas of activity are criminal and civil law. He is a member of the Bar Association of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Nurana Karchalova was graduated from the Faculty of Law of Baku State University in 2012. In 2014-2019 she had been working in the Absheron District Court, in 2019-2021 in the Yasamal District Court of Baku as a court clerk and judge’s assistant. Her main areas of practice are criminal law, civil law, administrative law and family law.

Azer Hasanzade was graduated from the Faculty of Law of Baku State University in 2002. In 2010-2012 he had been working as a bailiff of the Baku Court for Grave Crimes. Since 2012, he has been working as a senior lawyer in the Legal Department of the International Bank of Azerbaijan. His main areas of practice are banking law, corporate law, labor law, family law, labor and property law, and administrative law. He is a member of the Bar Association of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Abbas Guliyev was graduated from Nakhchivan State University in 2014 with a bachelor's degree in Law. In 2015-2017 he had been working as a Chief Adviser in the Julfa District Court, in 2017-2021 as an Assistant Judge in the Narimanov District Court of Baku. His main areas of practice are family law, labor law, civil law, cooperative law, commercial law, and administrative law. He is a member of the Bar Association of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Nargile Hemidova was graduated from the faculty of law of the Baku State University in 2009. In 2011-2021, she had been working as a court clerk in the Yasamal district court of Baku. Currently she is a member of the Bar Association of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Ulker Mammadova was graduated with honors from the faculty of law of the Baku State University in 2010. Then she has completed her master degree at Baku State University in 2013 and the Chicago-Kent Law College of the Illinois Institute of Technology in 2019. She has been working as a lawyer since 2011 and hold various positions in several leading banks. Currently, she is the Head of the Legal Analysis and Corporate Affairs Department at the International Bank of Azerbaijan. U.Mammadova also engaged in academic activities at BSU and Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC), taught civil and economic law. Her main areas of practice are banking law, commercial law, corporate law, and labor law. She has been a member of the Bar Association of the Republic of Azerbaijan since 2018.

Ayten Verdiyeva was graduated from the Law Faculty of Baku State University in 2009. In 2009-2011 she was graduated from BSU with a master's degree in criminal law, criminal procedure law, and criminology. In 2015-2018, she has been working as a consultant in the legal department of the Ministry of Transport, in the regulatory legal sector. She is a member of the Bar Association of the Republic of Azerbaijan since 2019.

Anar Ahmadov was graduated from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in 2009 with a bachelor's degree in law (with honors), and in 2012 with a master's degree (with honors). In 2014-2015, he has received a Master's degree in International Economic Law at the Toulouse University Capitole in Toulouse, France. In 2012-2013 he has been working as a court clerk in Yasamal District Court, in 2013-2016 as a lawyer, leading lawyer in “AGBank”, then as a leading lawyer in “TBC Credit NBCO” LLC. He currently works as a senior lawyer at “PASHA Bank”. His main areas of practice are corporate law, commercial law, banking law, property, and property law. He is a member of the Bar Association of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Anar Imamverdıyev was graduated from the faculty of law of Baku State University. Since 2010 he had been helding various positions in the legal department of Muganbank. Currently, he is a Deputy Director of the Legal Department of Muganbank and a member of the Bar Association.

Javid Mukhtarov was graduated in international law field from the faculty of law of Baku State University in 2012. From 2008 till 2009 he had been working as an intern-lawyer at the “Baku of Baku”, in 2013 for the period of 6 months he was wieking as an assistant judge in Binagadi District court, from 2013 to 2014 he was working as a lawyer at “Unıbank”. Currently, he is the Head of the Contracts and Legal Support Department for Banking Operations at the Legal Department of the International Bank of Azerbaijan. The main arears of his practice are corporate law, commercial law, contract law, labor law. He is a member of the Bar Association of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Rasul Hajiyev was graduated from Moscow State University in 2013 with a degree in International Economic Relations. In 2014-2016, he had been working as a sales representative in various companies, and in 2016-2021 as a loan officer at “Irshad Electronics” LLC. Currently, he works as a general expert in the Bar Association "Yusif Allahverdiyev and Partners" of the Bar Association.

Misir Shahguliyev was graduated from the faculty of law from Baku State University in 2015. The lawyer started his professional activity in 2016 in the 1st branch of Asan Xidmet of Baku Law Center. In 2017-2018, he had been working as a lawyer and consultant for other companies at Rana International LLC. In 2018-2019, he had been working at Caspian HR LLC. In 2019-2020, as a court clerk in the Yasamal District Court, and in 2020-2021 as an Assistant Lawyer in the Lawyer's Office No. 18. In 2020, he established Caspian Migration Consulting LLC. He is a member of the Bar Association of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

In 2008, he graduated from the 2nd Higher Education Faculty of Law of Baku State University.
From 2009 to 2018, he worked as a court session secretary and assistant judge at the Supreme Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Since 2021, he has been working as a senior lawyer in the Corporate Law Department of the Legal Department of "Azerishiq" OJSC.

Sevil Yahyayeva graduated from Baku State University, Law faculty in 2006. Currently, Sevil works as a Legal Manager at the consulting firm EKVITA.
Before, Sevil has worked as a Senior Lawyer at Expert SM law firm. Sevil is experienced at corporate law, migration law, labour law, contract law, project development, regulatory compliance.
She acted as a leading expert in various local and international projects. She has more than 15 years’ experience in law. Sevil holds an ISO 37001Anti-Bribery Management System Certificate granted by an international certifying entity.
